The Yale‑China Association is seeking to hire a full‑time Program Officer to support its Arts and Education Programs, based at its headquarters on the Yale University campus in New Haven, Connecticut. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Education Programs and the Head of Arts Initiatives, the officer will assist with recruitment and selection of program participants traveling between the United States and China, coordinate travel logistics, serve as the primary host for Artist Fellows during their six‑month residency in New Haven, and manage program reporting, budgeting, and communications. Responsibilities also include creating and updating content for Yale‑China’s website and social media, organizing meetings, events, and conferences with partners in the US and China, and providing general administrative support. Preferred qualifications include 1‑3 years of nonprofit or arts‑education experience, a bachelor’s degree, Chinese language proficiency, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Salary is expected to be $53,000–$57,000 with a generous benefits package.
