Barrierefreier virtueller Pride – Aufruf an Künstler*innen (2027)

Accessible Virtual Pride is a free, fully online, two‑day celebration that centers disabled queer and trans people, their allies, and access‑minded community members. Produced by Calling Up Justice and One Free Community, the event features interactive workshops, art‑making, poetry, movement, games, a livestream variety show, drag, dance, music, advocacy, virtual art and vendor spaces, and a digital dance party. For the 2027 edition, the organizers invite artists, workshop facilitators, performers, volunteers, and access workers to contribute their work and skills. Participation is open to disabled queer and trans artists and allies, with no age restriction. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis with no application fee. Contributors will have their work featured in the virtual art gallery, livestream stages, and the GatherTown digital encampment, with full accessibility support including ASL interpretation, CART captioning, closed captions, and quiet rooms. The event provides a platform for artistic expression, community building, and advocacy, offering exposure to a global audience and collaborative opportunities with other disability‑led cultural organizations.
