Pop Culture Collaborative
Über Diese Gelegenheit

The Pop Culture Collaborative (Pop Collab) supports the growth of a pop‑culture narrative change field aimed at building a pluralist, just society in the United States. Program Area 1 – Artists Advancing Culture Change provides grant funding to individual artists, nonprofit organizations, for‑profit companies, or fiscally‑sponsored projects that create, produce, or disseminate creative works (including visual art, film, new media, performance, etc.) that inspire mass audiences to envision and co‑create a pluralist America. Grants are awarded on a rolling basis; applicants submit an idea through a self‑assessment quiz and a brief submission portal. Funding ranges from $20,000‑$100,000 for 12‑month projects and $100,000‑$200,000 for multi‑year initiatives. Eligible applicants must be based in the United States and may include individuals with fiscal sponsorship, nonprofits, or for‑profit entities. Proposals should prioritize intersectional focus on people of color, immigrants, refugees, Indigenous peoples, Muslims, women, LGBTQIA, disabled, and other historically excluded communities. The program offers financial support, network access, mentorship, and the opportunity to join a national cohort of artists working at the intersection of pop culture and social change.
