PERFORMA-Q – Residenzprogramm „Queere Geschichten aus Europas Peripherie“ (Zyklus 1)

PERFORMA-Q is a three‑year EU‑co‑funded platform that amplifies erased queer narratives through a network of residencies, touring routes and a living video archive. Cycle 1 invites emerging and established professionals – theatre makers, directors, playwrights, dancers, performance artists and collectives – to apply for residencies lasting 2–4 weeks between October 2026 and April 2027. Six partner organisations in Slovakia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Austria, Sweden and Ukraine host the residencies, providing a stipend of 1,500 EUR–4,000 EUR, separate budgets for travel and accommodation, rehearsal space, technical support, 1:1 mentorship and the possibility of deep touring and showcase appearances at events such as the Drama Queer Festival (Bratislava) and Stockholm Pride. Applications close on 31 July 2026.
