OUR/foundry10 – Präsentation, Performance und Ausstellung

Central Washington University (CWU) offers the OUR & foundry10 Presentation, Performance, & Exhibition grant to support undergraduate students in presenting their research and creative work at conferences, exhibitions, performance venues, and other academic and professional settings. Eligible applicants are undergraduate students with a CWU‑affiliated faculty or staff mentor, who must be the lead author and main presenter of the project. The grant covers eligible expenses such as presentation/performance application fees and other costs up to the award amount. Two award categories are available: the foundry10 Presentation, Performance, and Exhibition Funding Award provides up to $1,000, while the OUR Presentation, Performance, and Exhibition Funding Award offers up to $750 for individuals or $1,500 for groups of two or more students. Applications are accepted in two windows: October 15–31 and January 15–31 each year. The application requires a funding proposal (up to 4 pages), a detailed line‑item budget using CWU’s template, a mentor letter of support, and necessary approvals from the Human Subjects Review Council or IACUC. The grant is recurring annually and is open to all undergraduate students meeting the eligibility criteria.
