Numèric 2026 is a research and creation residency grant hosted by Les antípodes in the village of Agullana, Alt Empordà, Catalonia. The call invites artists, thinkers and scientists from any discipline and origin—individually or as collectives—to investigate large language models (LLMs) and their relationship to language, creativity, and knowledge. Applicants must be of legal age, able to reside in Agullana during the residency, and submit proposals in Catalan or English. The residency runs for four weeks, from 2 to 30 November 2026, preceded by a month of preparation and followed by a two‑month closing period. Participants receive accommodation in a shared apartment, meals, a €1,000 stipend, workspace, and support from Les antípodes and its partners. The program culminates in a public presentation of the work produced. Applications are accepted from 23 July to 8 September 2026, with decisions announced on 22 September 2026.
