Über Diese Gelegenheit
Nocefresca is a permanent artist residency located in the rural village of Milis on Sardinia island, Italy. The program welcomes artists, designers, writers, musicians and other creative professionals from around the world to work in a Mediterranean setting that encourages reflection, experimentation and community engagement. Residents receive a fully equipped studio, private or shared accommodation, and access to communal spaces, workshops, local collaborations and cultural activities. The residency lasts between one and three months, allowing participants to focus on their projects while immersing themselves in the natural and cultural landscape of Sardinia. The application process is free of charge; applicants can submit their portfolio and CV through the online application form. The annual open call closes on 7 September 2026, and the residency fee—ranging from €1,650 to €1,860 depending on accommodation—covers studio, housing, meals, transportation within the village, and participation in scheduled workshops and community events. Nocefresca emphasizes intergenerational dialogue and sustainable living, making it an ideal environment for artists seeking a quiet, supportive, and inspiring place to create.
