New/Now: Pondering Change is a national juried exhibition organized by the South Haven Center for the Arts in South Haven, Michigan. Open to artists residing in the United States and Tribal Nations, the call invites a maximum of two works per artist that explore the concept of change—whether personal, societal, or environmental. Submissions must adhere to size limits (2D up to 72" high x 55" wide, 3D no more than 50 lb) and cannot include ceiling‑hung installations. The exhibition runs from September 26 to November 7, 2026, with an opening reception on September 25. Selected works will be displayed in the gallery, insured by the Center, and may be sold with a 35 % commission retained by the organization. Prizes include $500 for first place and $250 for second place. An entry fee of $25 applies (reduced $10 for students or economically challenged artists). Artists must submit high‑resolution images, titles, and a brief statement on how change informs their work. Delivery of accepted pieces occurs between September 8 and September 19, with pick‑up scheduled for early November. The Center provides exhibition space, handling, insurance, and promotional support, but does not offer housing or travel assistance.
