Niederländische Botschaft in Belgien: Offener Aufruf zur Unterstützung

Each year the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Brussels organises open calls for subsidy applications for Dutch‑Belgian or Dutch artistic and cultural projects carried out in Belgium. The aim is to strengthen the cultural profile of the Netherlands in Belgium and to promote cross‑border collaboration. All artistic disciplines are eligible, with particular focus on performing arts, visual arts, creative industries and digital culture. Projects must be public‑accessible and may not be personal development initiatives. Eligible applicants are professional creators, organisations, institutions or legal entities that are registered in Belgium (with a company registration number). The subsidy covers costs linked to the Dutch participation in the project – travel, accommodation, transport, production and communication expenses. The grant amount ranges from €500 to a maximum of €5,000 per project. Projects must take place on Belgian territory (or be virtual), with special attention to Wallonia and the Euregio Meuse‑Rhine. Applications are submitted online together with a budget plan, recent bank statement, a supplier registration form and a copyright‑free image related to the Dutch component of the project.
