NEIRO sucht Bewerber für Open Call Artist Residency

NEIRO, a Prague‑based non‑profit association that fosters Czech‑Japanese artistic collaboration, runs an open‑call artist residency that is available year‑round. The residency accommodates visual artists, performers, sound artists and audiovisual creators, providing a 45 m² one‑bedroom apartment and a 40 m² acoustically treated studio equipped with cameras, lights, microphones, a sound interface, projectors and other production gear. Residents can arrange additional studio space if needed. The program supports artists’ creative development through networking with local artists, curators and institutions, and for stays of four weeks or longer it culminates in a public presentation—exhibition, performance, screening or other format—supported financially and logistically by NEIRO. Applicants submit a portfolio, CV and project proposal via email to info@neiro.org; preferred dates are requested. The residency is open to all disciplines and career stages, with no application fee. Artists cover travel, food and accommodation costs, which are listed on a transparent price schedule (CZK 9 000 per week). The residency is rolling, with no fixed deadline.
