Residents have access to a shared bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, and a terrace that opens onto the Dragon Hall garden. The residency is open to writers and translators of all nationalities, with no age or language restrictions, and encourages interaction with the local literary community through monthly social events and opportunities to meet local writers, booksellers, and translators.
