Über Diese Gelegenheit

Laimun’s Image, Memory, Return is an ongoing mentorship program and online residency that runs from February to November 2026. Participants receive three monthly email prompts curated from Laimun’s library and archive, join a monthly group video meeting, and have continuous online support via email and a dedicated Signal channel. The program lasts a minimum of three months, with the option to extend to six months, and culminates in a small publication for those who stay the full six months. It is designed for artists, writers, and researchers interested in archival practices, interdisciplinary work, and developing personal projects through shared research and dialogue. The residency is fully online, though in‑person individual sessions can be arranged for participants based in Berlin. Laimun welcomes candidates of any language, gender, nationality; age 18+; reduced fee available for students, emerging artists, and career‑break returnees. Pricing is offered on a reduced (students, emerging artists, career‑break returnees) and a standard tier, with flexible monthly or single‑payment options. The program provides mentorship, access to archival materials, group critique, and the possibility of a publication, fostering sustained creative practice without the need for physical relocation.
