Über Diese Gelegenheit
The New International Performing Arts Institute (NIPAI) is offering a five‑day International Physical Theatre Workshop in Berlin (8–12 January 2027) that combines text, voice and physical action. Participants – actors, directors, choreographers, dancers, movement practitioners and educators – will work with Meyerhold’s Biomechanics, Chekhov’s Psychological Gesture and Stanislavski’s Physical Action in an intensive, ensemble‑based setting. The programme includes practical training, lectures, and collaborative exercises, culminating in a Certificate of Participation for those who attend all sessions and submit a reflective report. Selection is competitive and based on CVs, with a focus on professional or advanced pre‑professional backgrounds. Early‑bird tuition is €590 if paid by 26 Oct 2026; thereafter €690. Accommodation and meals are not provided, but participants receive recommendations for nearby lodging. The workshop is conducted in English and is open to an international cohort, fostering cross‑cultural exchange and methodological development.
