Über Diese Gelegenheit

The Grants to Arts Project Fund, administered by Hull City Council, offers project grants of up to £5,000 to artists and cultural or community organisations based within the Hull city boundary. The funding aims to increase public access to arts and culture, support community‑led and inclusive activities, develop local artistic talent, and deliver innovative, high‑quality cultural projects. Applications are considered on a bi‑annual basis, with the next deadline on 30 November 2026. Applicants must demonstrate how their project aligns with Hull’s Community Plan, Cultural and Heritage Strategy, Music Plan, and Public Art Strategy. Eligible projects must be open to the public, take place within Hull, and cannot be charity fundraising events, private parties, or political/religious activities. Organisations receiving NPO funding from Arts Council England or Hull City Council Arts Organisation funding are ineligible. Individual applicants may need two independent referees. The application requires details of existing financial support, a detailed budget, and supporting statements. Successful applicants receive the amount they request, up to the £5,000 cap, paid directly to their bank account.
