Visions Museum of Textile Art (VMOTA) is seeking proposals for its 2028 exhibition season, which will showcase a diverse range of textile and fiber artworks. The proposal season runs from October 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, and submissions are accepted through an online Microsoft Form portal. Artists must submit their proposals in English and may include up to one entry per artist or group. High‑resolution images (4 MB–10 MB) of the work are required. VMOTA does not consider rental exhibitions, and artists are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the museum, including providing prepaid return labels. Selected artists will be offered exhibition space at the museum in San Diego, California, and will receive exposure through the museum’s programming and communications. No monetary prize or stipend is offered. The call is open to all artists working in textile and fiber arts, regardless of nationality, but applicants must be able to cover shipping expenses and comply with the submission guidelines.
