„Ephemeral Beauty“ – Kunstausstellung mit Jurybewertung 2027
Kahilu Exhibits - Kahilu Theatre Foundation
Über Diese Gelegenheit
Kahilu Exhibits, the visual‑arts program of Kahilu Theatre Foundation, is seeking artworks for its 2026‑2027 Juried Art Exhibition titled “Ephemeral Beauty.” The exhibition will run from January 14, 2026 through February 28, 2027 in the Simperman and Suli T. Go Galleries in Waimea, Hawaiʻi Island. Guest juror Andrzej Kramarz (Gallery Director, East Hawaiʻi Cultural Center) invites artists to investigate the quiet paradox at the heart of our relationship with flowers – their fleeting nature contrasted with their deep cultural, emotional, and economic significance. All media are welcome, with a submission limit of one artwork per artist. Eligibility is open to international artists aged 18 or older. The entry fee is $25, with an additional $5 media fee for each extra sample. Selected works will be exhibited publicly, accompanied by a reception, and artists will receive museum‑quality support for installation and presentation. Applications close on December 7, 2026 (11:59 PM HST); notifications are sent by December 21, 2026, and artworks must be shipped by early January 2027. This annual juried exhibition provides exposure, professional networking, and the opportunity to engage with a thematic dialogue about impermanence and beauty.
