First‑time applicants must contact grant staff to confirm eligibility. The funding period is January 1–December 31, 2027, with payments distributed in installments. The grant supports tangible assets, professional development, personnel, technology, and community‑engaged projects that align with innovation or capacity building. Applicants submit through the Submittable platform, providing a balanced budget, narrative, and optional work samples. The grant does not provide housing or travel support.
