Ausschreibung für Projekte im Rahmen des Programms „Situierte Forschung“ 2027
Medialab Matadero, un centro de investigación transdisciplinar en Madrid, lanza la quinta edición de su programa anual de Residencias de Investigación Situada 2027. La convocatoria busca seleccionar tres proyectos de investigación y creación que exploren las intersecciones entre arte contemporáneo, diseño, ciencia, tecnología y sociedad, con un enfoque crítico y experimental. Los proyectos deben alinearse con las temáticas de los programas LAB 1 a LAB 5 de Medialab, y deben demostrar la capacidad de generar conocimiento público y de fomentar la colaboración con la comunidad local. La residencia tendrá lugar de enero a julio de 2027 y será presencial, requiriendo que los residentes permanezcan en Madrid durante el período. Los candidatos pueden ser individuos o colectivos de cualquier disciplina que investigue en los campos mencionados, y la aplicación se acepta en español o inglés. La selección se basará en la coherencia con los objetivos de Medialab, la viabilidad del proyecto y la capacidad de generar actividades públicas. Los residentes recibirán una dotación económica de 10.000 € (impuestos aparte), acceso al Fablab, materiales técnicos, un espacio de trabajo individual y apoyo logístico y económico para la organización de actividades públicas. La fecha límite de presentación de solicitudes es el 27 de septiembre de 2026, y las convocatorias se publicarán en la página web de Medialab una vez finalizado el proceso de selección.
