Offene Ausschreibung für Künstler: Art Edu 2026

Art Center Waco (ACW) proudly invites active and retired art educators from McLennan, Bell, Falls, Coryell, Limestone, Hill, and Bosque Counties in Texas to submit original works for Art Edu 2026, a juried exhibition celebrating educators as practicing artists. The open call welcomes emerging and established artists working across all mediums, with specific mention of calligraphy, ceramics, and collage, though all media are accepted. Applicants may submit up to three pieces, each up to 72" in any direction (wall works must not exceed 60 lbs). Submissions require a bio (up to 200 words) and an artist statement (up to 400 words) related to the work. The exhibition will run from October 29 to December 19, 2026, and proceeds from artwork sales will be split 70% to the artist and 30% to ACW, supporting the center’s exhibitions, education programs, and community initiatives. The call closes on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59 pm CST. No application fee is required.
