Künstlerresidenz (A-i-R)
Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA)
Über Diese Gelegenheit
The Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) offers the Artist-in-Residence (A-i-R) program, a seasonal residency that welcomes up to eight Native American and First Nations artists each cycle. Residencies last four, six, or eight weeks and take place on IAIA’s Santa Fe campus. Residents receive studio space, housing on campus, access to workshops, free meals, and community engagement opportunities such as open studio visits and artist talks. Applications are submitted as a digital portfolio (up to ten images in PDF) along with a CV and artist statement. The program is open to individual artists working in any visual discipline. No application fee is required. Selections are made on a rolling basis each academic year, with new residency periods announced periodically.
