ACC Galerie Weimar – Internationales Atelierprogramm (33.)
ACC Galerie Weimar
Über Diese Gelegenheit
The International Studio Program of the ACC Galerie Weimar and the City of Weimar, founded in 1994, selects three visual artists each year for a four‑month residency in historic Weimar, Germany. Residents receive a private studio with an attached furnished apartment, a monthly stipend of €1,100, curatorial support, the opportunity to give an artist talk, and the possibility of inclusion in a group exhibition at the gallery. The program aims to promote international cultural exchange and to encourage critical, interdisciplinary practice that engages with themes of absence, loss and silence. Applicants must be non‑student visual artists of any nationality, must be able to live in Weimar for the full residency period, and are expected to present a talk and potentially participate in future exhibitions. No application fee is required. The call is open annually, with the next deadline on 22 November 2026. Selections are made by an international jury. The residency provides studio space, housing, a stipend, exhibition opportunities, and mentorship, making it a comprehensive support package for emerging and mid‑career visual artists.
