2. Artplaner-Preis

2nd Artplaner Prize is a call for artworks inviting artists worldwide to submit a postcard-sized piece (maximum 210 × 148 mm, 5 mm thick) that can be a photograph, sketch, linocut, or small painting. Political or religious themes are not desired. Submissions are free, except for postage. The competition runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 (Berlin UTC). The top 30 entries will be exhibited in spring 2027 at Gallery Lächelt in Wismar, with an opening reception. Winners receive cash prizes: €300 for first place, €200 for second, €100 for third, €75 for fourth, €50 for fifth. All participants retain copyright, but artwork passes to Artplaner as a gift and may be sold. The gallery will display the works and any proceeds from sales will support Artplaner projects. Artists must include name, country, and email on the postcard to be eligible. The competition is open to all artists regardless of nationality or age.
