Aufruf zur Einreichung von Beiträgen: Art in Action 2027

CICA Museum invites artists, performers, designers, researchers and other creative professionals to participate in Art in Action 2027. The program consists of two components: (1) Art in Action: Live 2027 – a one‑day YouTube live‑streaming event on 10 January 2027 where selected presenters showcase a 10‑minute pre‑recorded video of their project, followed by a live Q&A; (2) Art in Action: Concurrent Show 2027 – a group exhibition at CICA Museum in Korea running from 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027. Selected artists may exhibit up to two works. The museum will provide installation support, printing for 2‑D works, projection equipment for video/interactive works, and curatorial assistance. Artists are responsible for shipping their physical works and any additional costs for oversized or special installations. Participation includes inclusion in the exhibition catalogue, a feature in the upcoming book New Media Art 2028, and networking opportunities with local and international audiences. No entry fee is required; however, accepted participants must contribute $30 USD for event registration and $78 USD (or 110,000 KRW) per work for exhibition processing and maintenance. Submissions are due by 23 October 2026 via email to submission@cicamuseum.com.
