Keyhole Workspace 艺术家驻留项目 艺术家征集公告
关于此机会
The Keyhole Workspace Artist‑in‑Residence Program, hosted by the Ely Center of Contemporary Art in New Haven, CT, offers three artists per cohort a four‑month studio residency (September‑December 2026) followed by a solo exhibition in the Center’s gallery. Residents receive a private 100 sq ft studio, a modest stipend for material costs, regular feedback from curators, critics and writers, and family‑style meals. The program emphasizes community engagement: each artist must spend at least 15 hours per week in the studio, host a public‑facing program, and participate in open studios and gallery events. Applicants must live in New Haven or the Greater New Haven Area, provide five work samples, an artist statement, a thematic intent statement (this cohort’s theme is “Meeting the Moment”), a community‑project proposal, and three references. A $35 application fee applies, but fee waivers are offered in exchange for two hours of volunteer work. Housing is not provided; residents must arrange their own accommodation. The residency culminates in a solo exhibition in January 2027. Applications are accepted from July 1 to July 31, 2026.
