社区文化艺术资助金

The Virginia Beach Arts & Humanities Commission’s Community Cultural Arts Grant provides financial support to nonprofit organizations that create arts‑based projects reflecting the cultural and ethnic diversity of Virginia Beach. Grants of up to $5,000 per organization per fiscal year are awarded in three rounds (August 14, 2026; November 6, 2026; February 5, 2027). Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose mission promotes culturally specific arts, with projects that are public, participatory, and align with the Commission’s cultural‑equity outcomes. Applications are submitted through the City’s grant portal (Foundant) and are free of charge. The program aims to increase access, celebrate authentic cultures, and strengthen community ties through funded projects.
