The Town of East Hartford is seeking submissions from community artists of all ages and experience levels for a public art banner project. Selected designs will be reproduced on light‑pole banners along the Town Green corridor, creating a vibrant visual connection throughout the community. A public unveiling will take place during the annual Fall Fest. Applications are accepted online, and support for applicants will be available at the East Hartford Public Library (Raymond Library, 840 Main Street). No application fee is required.
