The competition is organized by Celsys, a Japanese graphics software company. Each participant may submit one or more illustrations on the theme: "Moon & Stars". The competition is open to illustrators from around the world. Entry is free. The Grand Prize winner will receive USD $2,000 cash prize and Clip Studio Paint EX Activation Code.
