Chamada para artistas da comunidade – Projeto de Bandeiras Comunitárias

The Town of East Hartford is seeking submissions from community artists of all ages and experience levels for a public art banner project. Selected designs will be reproduced on light‑pole banners along the Town Green corridor, creating a vibrant visual connection throughout the community. A public unveiling will take place during the annual Fall Fest.
