The British Museum, founded in 1753, is a world-famous institution housing a remarkable collection spanning over two million years of human history and culture. Its extensive collection includes the Rosetta Stone, the Parthenon sculptures, and others. As the Curator for Island Southeast Asia, you will focus on research, documentation, and digitisation of the SE Asia collection, making it accessible via publication, displays, and broadcasting. Additionally, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, assist in fundraising for research projects, and contribute to the general administration of your department.
