The Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art (WMOCA) presents its Annual National Juried Exhibition (ANJE) 2026, a premier juried show that showcases contemporary art from across the United States. Open to all media, the competition accepts up to four works per artist for a non‑refundable entry fee of $35. Submissions must be original, created after February 2023, and meet size and weight limits (2D max 60" longest side; 3D max 150 lb and 8' dimensions). Artists must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States. AI‑generated or class‑based works are not eligible. The call opened on June 28, 2026, with a submission deadline of August 15, 2026 (11:59 pm CST). Selected works will be exhibited from September 24 through December 26, 2026 at WMOCA’s historic downtown location. The Best of Show receives a full‑page feature in Fine Art Connoisseur magazine, valued at $4,300. Additional in‑kind benefits include inclusion in the group exhibition and exposure to the museum’s audience.
