The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for strategic leadership, fund development, external relations, personnel management, and financial oversight. The role requires at least five years of arts administration experience, an undergraduate degree, and a commitment to social justice and community‑based art. Compensation includes a salary starting at $85,000 (commensurate with experience) and benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and hybrid work flexibility.
