Led by Dance//Novella leadership Brandon Lee Alley (Kidd Pivot, former Ballet BC) and Racheal Prince (former Ballet BC, Alberta Ballet), this two-week professional development opportunity is designed to strengthen your skills and support your next steps toward a career in the dance industry. We’re proud to offer BIPOC and financial-need scholarships, along with payment plans, to help reduce financial barriers and increase access.

Daily Classes: Contemporary and/or Improvisation classes to build technique, artistry, and performance confidence. Solo Performance: Learn two solos over two weeks. Participants will have the opportunity to have both solos professionally filmed with stage lighting, perfect for auditions, reels, and portfolios. Collaborative Creation: Create an original group work to be performed and professionally filmed on the final day.
